To create an animated Sprite
A sprite is animated if it's based on an animated file (Animated GIF or FLI/FLC) or a static file (BMP, PNG..) that contains several images placed vertically in the same bitmap. In such a case you must specify the number of images contained in the animation (see below).
1. Choose Project/Sprite Properties or Right click and Choose Properties.
2. Click on the Animation tab.
3. In the Animation speed area, specify here the Speed of the animation (1=slow to 50=fast). Used only if the sprite is animated.
4. In the Animation based on a static image group specify the number of images contained in the animation.
Note
If a sprite is animated based on a static image (BMP, PNG...) that contains several images placed vertically in the same bitmap, you must specify in this zone how many images are present in the bitmap.
